Chartered Commercial Agent Barcelona | Capture of retail spaces for ÛUPO
In ÛUPO we connect brands with real commercial spaces to activate Pop Up and Pop Up Stores in the best areas of the city.
To continue expanding our network of spaces in Barcelona, we are looking for a Collegiate Commercial Agent who represents our service directly with shop owners, working on the ground with clear and measurable objectives.
Site Mission
Your mission will be to expand the catalog of ÛUPO spaces in Barcelona, identifying, contacting and accompanying owners of commercial premises until their space is published on the platform.
From ÛUPO we will provide you with:
- Priority commercial areas where we want to capture spaces.
- Specific characteristics of the spaces we are looking for (type of location, visibility, location, use, customer profile, etc.).
- Commercial arguments, materials and support of the internal team throughout the process.
- You will provide commercial vision, contact capacity and closure.
Main functions
You will be the professional responsible for:
- Identify commercial spaces with potential in strategic areas and axes of Barcelona, applying criteria and commercial vision.
- Make first contact with owners (face-to-face, email or call) to present the ÛUPO service.
- Explain in a clear and convincing way the value of publishing your space in ÛUPO.
- Achieve a meeting or direct conversation with the owner to deepen the proposal.
- Accompany the owner in the process of publishing their space on the platform.
- Coordinate with the Publications Department of ÛUPO, which will support you in the technical and validation part until the space is published.
- Each published space is a result.
- Your work is measured by publications achieved.
Relationship Type
- Commercial contract as Commercial Agent.
- Remuneration by results: commission for each published space.
- Stable collaboration with a growing platform.
Profile we are looking for
- We are looking for a professional commercial agent, with:
- Experience in sale of services and direct treatment with shops or owners.
- Ability to explain, narrate and transmit value in a clear and honest way.
- Close style, trust and oriented to the construction of relationships.
- Sensitivity towards the day to day of the merchant and his lack of time.
- Commercial vision to identify spaces with real potential for brands.
- Sufficient technological competence to guide the owner in the use of a digital platform.
