At Cal Fruitós we are promoting our B2B business of subscription for companies: fruit and other basics of daily consumption for offices.
If you are one of those who do not wait for leads, but create opportunities, if you move comfortable between LinkedIn, telephone and cold door, if you like to play marker (pipeline, conversion and closure), and you are guided by results, criteria and execution this interests you!
The challenge (and why it is different)
This is not a position of “I call a lot and see what happens.”.
It is a role for those who know how to design territory, detect real pain (Office/HR/Facilities), and convert a simple proposal into a fast and recurrent yes. You bring the client from 0 to closing and you guarantee that the start-up is well directed (clean handoff with operations).
Mission
Grow the B2B business by subscription: generate opportunities, make commercial visits, carry the end-to-end pipeline, prepare and follow budgets and close agreements with quality.
Active prospecting of new customers.
Consultative sale and closing: segmentation, target list, cadences and messages (LinkedIn + email + phone + visit).
Coordination with marketing for customer and project monitoring with aligned expectations and periodic transfer.
Profile we are looking for
We want a profile that knows how to move in the complexity of the Corporate sector, that enjoys opening doors (LinkedIn, cold door, network) but that does so from the consultative sale. Someone who knows that their success depends on an impeccable handoff with our operations team.
Previous experience in B2B sales.
Hunter profile (real prospection, not just tracking).
Essential Catalan.
Driving permit + availability for journeys.
Excellent communication and relational skills of a commercial nature.
Dynamism, agility and commercial orientation.
