We are undergoing **growth and expansion** and are looking to expand our sales network throughout Spain.
Your Role
We are seeking multi-portfolio sales agents with experience in the hardware and DIY sector to represent our paints in the main distribution channels:
* Hardware stores in the Ehlis, Ferrymas, and Optimus chains, as well as independent retailers.
* Large retailers such as Bauhaus and Leroy Merlin.
Responsibilities
* Promote and sell the TCOLORS paint catalog at assigned points of sale.
* Identify growth opportunities and build new business relationships.
* Ensure the brand's market positioning.
* Report to the sales department on results and sales trends.
Requirements
* Previous experience in the hardware, DIY, or crafts sector.
* Active client base and established relationships with industry chains.
* Self-management skills and results-oriented.
* Proactive profile, with a passion for sales and a focus on projects with social impact.
