Founded in 2002, Laboratoires CYTOLNAT France sells dermatological products based on natural active ingredients, with recognized effectiveness. With an excellent reputation among dermatologists, oncologists and cosmetic surgeons, our products are distributed in pharmacies and are intended for people with sensitive or weakened skin and hair.

Commercial work will be carried out mainly in pharmacies and parapharmacies. In addition to this commercial part, its mission is to ensure that the client places the order correctly, train the pharmaceutical teams and eventually carry out promotional activities on the spot (paid separately). As an authentic representative of the brand in the sector, the commercial manager will also have the mission of increasing the local notoriety of the brand among prescribers (medical visits).

We are looking for a man or woman, with at least a Bachelor's degree, ideally in commercial and scientific areas, or with significant commercial experience in sales development in pharmacies, medical visits to dermatologists or hospitals. Autonomy, rigor and proactivity are essential qualities to be successful in the role.

The limits of this sector are not yet geographically defined in detail and can be adapted to the selected profiles.

The remuneration system is based on the number of units sold and corresponds to a commission of 25% of the discounted sales price. Commissions are paid to the agent on the 10th of the month following receipt of the order. Carrying out promotional activities at the point of sale is paid separately, per day or half a day. The agent's implementation of a medical visit strategy may justify payment of a fixed, lump-sum amount. Cytolnat's goal is to establish a long-term collaboration with the commercial agent.
