Main functions:

In this position you will be the link between our customers and the company, ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Your responsibilities will be:

· Management and customer loyalty: Attend, advise and caress to our current customer portfolio, guaranteeing a long-term relationship of trust.
· Development of internal business: Identify specific needs in active customers to present catalog news and expand sales volume.
· Complete order cycle: Reception, introduction to the system and monitoring of orders, ensuring that all information is accurate.
· Sales administrative support: Preparation of budgets, preparation of personalized commercial offers and administrative tasks derived from commercial activity.
· After-sales follow-up : Continuous contact with the customer to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any doubts after receiving the product.

Main functions:
As a representative of our brand in your area of influence, your responsibilities will be:
· Introduction of product and prospecting: Present our catalog and news to your customer portfolio and capture new potential points of sale (distributors, multi stores, merchandise, cloth stores, sewing workshops, paratextile etc.).
· Commercial advice: Identify the needs of each trade to offer them the ideal textile solutions of our portfolio.
· Negotiation and closure: Manage autonomously the offers, budgets and commercial conditions of the orders.
· Consolidation of zone: Loyalty successful accounts to ensure constant product replacement and a long-term commercial relationship.

What are we looking?
· Professional profile: Autonomous commercial agent (Freelance) with a strong proactive, independent and results-oriented profile.
· Sectoral experience: Demonstrable experience in B2B sales within the textile sector, merchandise, crafts, creative seam or patchwork.
