We are looking for a Sales Call Center Agent with experience in telephone sales and strong communication skills to join our team.
What will your role be?
Make telephone contact with interested individuals, identify their training needs, and offer them the best option among our educational programs, helping them improve their professional future.
Main duties:
Make calls to our own databases and contacts generated through campaigns.
Attract new students through telephone sales techniques.
Provide clear and personalized advice on courses and training programs.
Meet monthly sales goals.
Record and update all call and customer information in the CRM.
Participate in internal training sessions and team meetings to improve techniques and results.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a sales call center agent or in telesales.
Results-oriented and motivated to achieve goals.
Strong communication skills, empathy, and persuasive attitude.
Active listening skills and skills in identifying client needs.
Previous experience in education or training will be a plus.

Conditions of employment:
Permanent contract from day one.
Fixed salary + attractive commissions for closed sales.
Full-time, Monday to Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
