An entity with a long history in the field of training is looking for a Training Consultant to attract companies in the province of Barcelona.
The mission of this position is to attract new companies, build customer loyalty and achieve the turnover targets set by the company, maintaining a fluid relationship with the companies and with the rest of the departments that collaborate in daily management.
FUNCTIONS:
-Detection and attraction of customers in their area of operation with visits to companies.
-Preparation, negotiation and monitoring of proposals.
-Customer loyalty.
-Management of training projects in customer companies.
-Monitoring of annual targets.
REQUIREMENTS:
-3 years of experience as a salesperson in human resources services.
-Accustomed to negotiating with human resources interlocutors.
-Customer orientation and achievement of turnover targets.
-Proactivity and dynamism.
-Motivation for dealing with customers and communication skills.
-Essential: Driving license B.
ASSESSABLE:
- Training in the commercial or human resources area (Marketing and Sales, Business Administration and Management or similar).
- Training in the human resources area.
- Use of commercial tools (CRM) and user of the Office 365 package.
