We are looking for a commercial professional, with the desire to sell our selection service directly to medical and nursing professionals so that they are interested in our job offers, rather than others that may be on the market.
We work for the best private hospitals, so in general our service is always well received.
Experience: 1 year of commercial experience in any sector
- A certain regulated training is not necessary.
- Courses in sales or personnel selection are valued
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Access, Excel)
- Organized, Methodical, Responsible, Assertiveness, Initiative, Being resolute, Education and desire to create well-being in clients.
- Given that the profile of clients with whom doctors and nurses will work, appropriate language and a well-groomed personal image must be adopted.
- The work consists of telecommuting, so it is not necessary to drive or travel.
- The company provides laptop and mobile phone.
- Contact with the medical and nursing candidates provided by the company to propose the job offers we have. The offers we have are as good as those in the whole market (salaries for nurses of 30,000 euros per year) but given the current shortage situation, our commercial work is to know the priorities and values of the candidates and put in value how with our offers they will be able to cover it in a better way.
- Registration of candidates in our data base
- Organization of second interviews with the clinical manager of our company.
- Organization of the third interview with the employer when online. If the third interview (with the employer is in person, the commercial director attends).
- Follow-up of the processes with the candidates until acceptance of the offer. Once the offer has been accepted, management of the documentation to refer to the client in order to proceed with the contract.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to learn new channels for reaching new candidates.
CONTRACTUAL AND SALARY CONDITIONS
- Commercial contract
- A fixed and variable is proposed to be agreed upon in the interview according to value.
- Mainly, telework with 1 day out of every 15 days for face-to-face team meetings.
