IUCAB Session - How to Stay in Contact with Customers (100% English)

IUCAB WebExchange – Online session for Business Agents 100% in English

The IUCAB (Internationally United Commercial Agents and Brokers) launches the new IUCAB WebExchange format, an international initiative that creates an online meeting space for commercial agents from different countries with the aim of sharing experiences, knowledge and good professional practices.

This new proposal aims to promote direct dialogue between professionals in the commercial sector, allowing to know perspectives of other markets and discuss the current challenges of the profession.

The first session is entitled:

“How to Stay in Touch with Customers” – How to maintain contact with customers

During the meeting, ideas and experiences will be shared on how to maintain a solid relationship with customers in an increasingly digital, competitive and globalized environment, as well as strategies to strengthen trust and commercial continuity.

The session will be moderated by:

Matthew Tickle, President of the IUCAB Working Group Secretariat

Axel Sturmberger, Vice President of the IUCAB

It is a participatory session open to debate, designed so that commercial agents can exchange knowledge with professionals from other countries and expand their international vision of the sector.
