Four sessions, more than 260 participants and a training designed to bring new tools to the day-to-day commercial. The Forma.T Summer Capsules consolidate July as a training appointment at the COACB.

During the month of July, the COACB has held four Forma.T Summer Capsules, free and in hybrid format, taught by Laia Morales and oriented to offer practical resources to commercial professionals.

The sessions have addressed generative AI applied to sales, marketing and sales, prospecting and customer knowledge and the creation of a commercial assistant with AI.

With more than 260 participants in all four capsules, the initiative reinforces its continuity within the COACB calendar and consolidates the month of July as a space dedicated to brief, current and directly applicable to commercial activity.
