The COACB offers this free training, on Wednesdays in July, where you will learn the main tools of Artificial Intelligence in the commercial field. Tools on marketing and sales, to carry out market studies and quickly search for customers, to analyze data, make dossiers and presentations... in short, to automate processes and optimize your productivity.
The training consists of 4 capsules on July 1, 8, 22 and 29 from 2026, from 13 to 14:30h.
The course is hybrid (you can follow it online or come in person to the COACB, Casp 130 street).

Session 1: " Generative AI applied to sales"Objective: to improve commercial preparation and the quality of interactions. Discover how to prepare commercial visits with AI: business analysis, detection of needs and opportunities, simulation of objections and creation of personalized proposals according to the client's context.

Session 2: "Marketing and sales in the day to day"Objective: to communicate better, gain time and reduce repetitive tasks. Wednesday, 22nd July (from 13 to 14:30h) // Hybrid session
Session 3: "Prospection and customer knowledge"Goal: improve the quality of leads and prepare each interaction with more information and focus. Use AI to prioritize leads, analyze previous customer information and identify roles, key interlocutors and opportunities before each call or meeting.
Wednesday, 29 July (from 13 to 14:30h) // Hybrid session
Session 4: "Create your sales assistant with AI"Objective: to improve individual performance and incorporate AI as a practical support in commercial activity. Learn to use AI as a commercial assistant to prepare negotiations, simulate scenarios, define closing strategies and track customers with greater order and agility.
It is recommended to participate in the 4 sessions to acquire the knowledge of the subject in depth and obtain the final course certificate.
Attendees can bring their laptop for a more practical follow-up of the sessions.
