IUCAB relaunches the LUCA training platform, an initiative developed within the framework of the Erasmus+ Levelling Up Commercial Agents Competencies project, with contents aimed at strengthening the digital and commercial skills of sales professionals.
Commercial agents can access LUCA, a 100% online training platform designed to adapt to new forms of sales and customer relationships in an increasingly digital environment.
The training consists of 4 modules of approximately 2–3 hours each, which each participant can complete at their own pace. The videos have subtitles in Spanish, English, German, Italian and French, and at the end of each module a short questionnaire must be passed.
Free training and optional certification
Participation in the four modules is free. Once the training is completed, the participant receives a confirmation of participation.
Those professionals who wish to do so can subsequently choose to obtain the ICAB certificate, participating in an online reflection session with the ICAB Training Committee.
The cost of certification is:
• 95 € for members of IUCAB associations
• 145 € als for non-members
The people who obtain the certificate are also identified as such on the ICAB website.
Registration is done directly on the platform. IUCAB has prepared a step-by-step access guide that explains how to create the account, confirm registration, log in and join the course.
