Job Description
The mission of the position will be to retain, enhance and expand the client portfolio in the assigned Barcelona area through a consultative sale of services to achieve the objectives within the predetermined geographical territory.
Among the main functions of the position:
Define, agree and apply the company's commercial strategy with the highest levels of excellence
Prospecting, attracting and monitoring new clients, in order to increase market share in the area and create new opportunities.
Plan, prepare and carry out visits to the client portfolio in the assigned area and keep the database updated, to achieve sales objectives.
Build loyalty, enhance and expand the client portfolio in your area.
Analyze the potential of the assigned area and business opportunities to focus on those actions that add more value to the customer and the company.
Maintain continuous communication with the Operations and Marketing department, to coordinate special procedures, offers and inquiries about the files.
Prepare the necessary documentation for the monthly meetings with the CEO and perform all the administrative tasks associated with commercial management.
Make the budget and / or sales forecast agreed with the CEO
Requirements:
Degree at the Baccalaureate / COU level or Training Cycle.
It is valuable to provide training in sales techniques, customer service, negotiation or similar.
Languages: native Spanish and Catalan.
User level of the Office package.
It is valuable to provide knowledge of consulting and / or recovery services.
Experience of at least 3 years is required in consultative sales in the B2B field, as an internal or external commercial.
